Black and Asian performance online collections

There are a number of archives in Britain to add to Future Histories. Below is an initial list of resources:

Black and Asian performance archive catalogues are held at the V&A Theatre Museum, where Future Histories researched, collated and contributed the Talawa Theatre Company archive.
The National Theatre has The Black Plays Archive, an important online resource that covers a selection of produced and unproduced plays held at the National Theatre.
The British Library contains manuscripts for all performances in the country and holds a selection of critical online essays on Black theatre from 1950 to 1979.
The London Metropolitan Archives hold material on a variety of Black theatre companies and the Keskidee Centre, as well as individual artists with catalogue descriptions available online.
As part of its collections on Black British culture, the Black Cultural Archives include material related to Black theatre in the UK; it also has online catalogue descriptions.
Black Theatre Live is an initiative by Kings College that focuses on a selection of Black Theatre Live's tours, which are documented, archived and reported in a variety of ways.
The BBC Sound Series has a number of online resources on Black theatre practitioners in the form of interviews and podcasts.
The National Archives has online resources on Black and Asian theatre.
Unfinished Histories has collected archive documents related to Black and Asian performance histories.
The University of East London holds physical archives from Hackney Empire.
The South Asian Diaspora Literature and Arts Archive (SADAA) has an online collection on Asian theatre available for study and research.
