The Black Theatre Forum Limited compiled documentation to present the 1989 theatre festival and their five year plan. Details include summaries of the plays and artists, and technicians biographies (including photographs). Presentation of Linkages - the acting workshop in cinema and theatre; training structure along with other workshops (including photographs); company members list. Presentation of the American artist director Douglass Turner-Ward, founder members of the Negro Ensemble.

Brown poster presenting one of the earliest festivals organised by the Forum. It was sponsored by the Greater London Council. The poster includes foreign language writing. It states the names of Temba Theatre Company, Asian Co-operative Theatre, and Carib Theatre Production along with the name of the producer, Anton Phillips.
