BTF Theatre Productions

BTF/P - Files related to theatre productions and other related activities. BTF/P stands for records relating to the Production side of the organisation, e.g. activities of artists, theatre directors and participants involved in the organisation's productions. At times, it has been difficult to establish whether a record such as a Black Actors Directory, was to be part of the Administration side and be classified as BTF/P/A, or part of the Production side and therefore classified in the general section (BTF/P/G). Whenever possible, the decision was made to leave all items related to creative activities in the Production sub-fond, and therefore locate it in the Administration sub-fond (BTF/A) items such as Actors Directories.
